We will work with your management team to produce a comprehensive Business Plan for your company. This will include top level overviews Goals and Mission statement together with a detailed business description and plan including cash flow forecasting based on our unique universal business model and where appropriate conforming to the requirements of potential funding organisations.

The Marketing Plan which should form a vital part of your business plan will normally be prepared as a separate activity; where this has not yet been done a marketing summary will be included in the Business Plan.
