Following an Organisational and IS Review and an Operational Audit or using pre-existing information we will prepare all the detailed process descriptions, job descriptions, standards and procedures that go to make up a Company (or 'Quality') Manual suitable for ISO9000 or EFQM accreditation.

It is usually necessary for some additional work to be done to 'fill the gaps'. We will recommend the changes required and assist in their implementation where required.
