The first step is to book a FREE BUSINESS REVIEW

This will examine your financials and your marketing as far as it is publicly visible giving you an independent view of how the outside world sees you. We will also look at your operations and organisation and discuss how what you are doing fits your business strategy.

All this is ENTIRELY FREE and depending on the size of your business will take from about an hour to half a day. The only condition we make is that our meeting must be with the MD or a senior decision maker. All Business Review meetings are personally conducted by Ben Coker, MD of Business Developments Limited.

Following the review a Report will be prepared and presented to you at a second meeting (approx 1 hour) and as a result of this we may jointly identify requirements or projects to benefit your business - it is then up to you to decide whether to proceed or not with no obligation whatsoever. Your requirements may be met on a fixed fee, time based or risk and reward sharing basis.
